Becoming an RBT (We’ve Got You)

If you’re not certified yet — that’s okay.

All Behavior Technicians at Behavior Speaks ABA are expected to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and we support you through the entire process.

✔ We provide the 40-hour RBT training
✔ We guide you through the competency process
✔ We pay for your RBT exam

Stable Pay You Can Count On

One of the biggest stressors in ABA?
Cancelled sessions = lost pay.

Our full-time positions are salary-based, meaning:

You have consistent, predictable income
You’re not financially impacted by client cancellations
Your non-session time is still valued and used productively
