Meet Our Team
Stephanie E. Donald MA, BS, BCBA, LBS
Welcome to Behavior Speaks ABA! I'm the founder and lead analyst, and I bring over a decade of experience in special education and behavior support. I hold a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University, and an Associate of Arts from Tulsa Community College. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Since 2012, I've had the privlege of working closely with children, families, and educators to create supportive environments where young learners can thrive. At Behavior Speaks ABA, we specialize in early intervention and behavior therapy for young and school-aged children, with services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. Our approach is family-centered, play-based, and rooted in the belief that every child's voice matters - because behavior speaks, and we listen.
As a Marine Corps spouse and mother of four, I understand firsthand the importance of teamwork, structure, and empathy in both parenting and professional practice. My passion for this work comes not only from my academic background but also from lived experience - building a clinic where families feel supported and empowered has been both a personal and professional mission.
Whether your child needs support with communication, social skills, or behavior challenges, we're here to walk with you every step of the way.
