Meet Our Team
Stephanie E. Donald MA, BS, BCBA, LBS
Welcome to Behavior Speaks ABA! I'm the founder and lead analyst, and I bring over a decade of experience in special education and behavior support. I hold a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University, and an Associate of Arts from Tulsa Community College. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Since 2012, I've had the privilege of working closely with children, families, and educators to create supportive environments where young learners can thrive. At Behavior Speaks ABA, we specialize in early intervention and behavior therapy for young and school-aged children, with services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. Our approach is family-centered, play-based, and rooted in the belief that every child's voice matters - because behavior speaks, and we listen.
As a Marine Corps spouse and mother of four, I understand firsthand the importance of teamwork, structure, and empathy in both parenting and professional practice. My passion for this work comes not only from my academic background but also from lived experience - building a clinic where families feel supported and empowered has been both a personal and professional mission.
Whether your child needs support with communication, social skills, or behavior challenges, we're here to walk with you every step of the way.
Becky Hayes, Administrative Director
Welcome to Behavior Speaks ABA! I serve as the Administrative Director and bring over a decade of experience in special education and behavioral services. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education with certifications in Special Education and Elementary Education from Alvernia University. Since 2014, I have had the privilege of working closely with children, families, educators, and clinical teams to help create supportive environments where young learners can thrive both academically and behaviorally.
As Administrative Director, I oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure that our programs run smoothly and that families receive consistent, high-quality support. My role includes coordinating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to maintain efficient scheduling, client intake processes, and communication between families and the clinical team. I am passionate about creating systems that allow our clinicians to focus on what matters most—delivering meaningful, individualized care to each child we serve.
I also work closely with families during the onboarding process, helping them navigate insurance authorizations, service coordination, and clinic policies so they feel informed and supported from the very beginning. Building strong relationships with caregivers and community partners is an important part of my work, as collaboration is key to a child’s success across home, school, and therapy settings.
In addition, I support staff development and clinic operations by implementing procedures that promote organization, compliance, and quality assurance. My background in education allows me to bring a family-centered and student-focused perspective to the administrative side of our services, ensuring that every operational decision supports positive outcomes for our clients.
I am deeply committed to helping create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow, while families feel confident that their child is receiving compassionate and effective care.
